The location is perfect (next to all the main shops on MM Alam Road), making it so easy to explore. The breakfast was outstanding with so many choices (the variety amazed me! ), and the staff were super accommodating.

I was really blown away by the friendly staff who made us feel so welcome. The food at the poolside snack bar was surprisingly good, too! Just a heads up, the cleanliness could be a bit better. we found some spots that were missed. a memorable experience!

I stayed at the Ramada with my family and nephew, and we really enjoyed our trip to the local zoo, seeing tons of animals. The rooms were spacious, and the staff's friendliness made us feel at home. The breakfast spread was delicious, especially the fresh pastries.

In my wife’s opinion, a kids' play area would be great.

The hotel enjoys a great location, slightly away from the bustling traffic, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The spacious and clean room was comfortable, enhancing my overall experience. Breakfast spread was impressive, featuring refined dishes that truly delighted my palate, especially the omelet served by a skilled chef. On a downside, noise from nearby activities was somewhat disturbing, yet the manager's prompt assistance helped alleviate the issue.

Had a great time with my friends! The facilities were impressive, and we loved the cleanliness. The breakfast spread was top-notch, offering tons of delicious options. We also visited the zoo and the houses, enjoying the unique mix of wildlife and local culture. Highly recommend trying their room service for dinner. it was surprisingly amazing.

One downside was that the room was a bit hot, and the extra bed wasn’t as comfortable as expected. It could use some improvement.
